The Food at Jazzfest

Even though it's primarily the music that's lured me to the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival for most of the Past 20 years, the food is also a huge part of it all. To my experience and tastes, it's best fast food emporium on earth. Nothing pictured below cost more than $5.00.

Here are some examples:

Left to right: Alligator Sauce Piquante; Fried Green Tomatoes; Pheasant, Quail, & Andouille Gumbo
Left to right: Spicy Crawfish Sushi Roll; Fried Pork Chops with Smothered Cabbage; Creole Stuffed Crab
Left to right: Fried Oyster Spinach Salad; Crawfish Sack; Seafood Mirliton Casserole

Left to right: Crawfish-stuffed Puff; Muffuletta; Fried Chicken with Creole Rice
